Manitoba Pharmacare is a deductible-based provincial program: your family pays out-of-pocket up to an income-based annual deductible, and then Pharmacare picks up a portion of eligible drug costs. Whether a specific GLP-1 is eligible for coverage depends on the Manitoba Drug Benefits and Interchangeability Formulary.
